We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 business days of order delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange of any kind if more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges

1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
2. The item must be in the original packaging.
3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Changes

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info7100shop@gmail.com and send your item to Calle Vatlori, 16, 07002 Palma, Balearic Islands.

Partial returns (if applicable)

1. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing a part for reasons not due to our error.
2. Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially issued.
2. If you have already done all of the above and have not yet received your refund, you can contact us by writing to info7100shop@gmail.com.

Shipping

1. To return your product, you must send it by mail to: Calle Vatlori, 16, 07002 Palma, Balearic Islands, Spain.
2. If you need to return an item, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for that return to our facilities. It is important to note that these shipping costs will not be refunded. In the event that you receive a refund for the returned item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount we will refund to you.
3. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
